It is usually not possible for us to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it. Please email us at support@entoslingerie.us or contact our customer service team at +1 786 393 4254 to see how we can assist you. Remember to have your ORDER NUMBER.

Once we received  the email, we will send your a prepaid return label from UPS

2.  Make sure all of the items are in their original condition (no damage on the fabrics, not used). It must have all the tags on.

3. You must print your prepaid return label, simply stick it on the package and drop your return in your mailbox, schedule a UPS. If you didn’t receive a return label, please contact us – we’re happy to help.

4. We will schedule the collection of your package with UPS.

5. Once we received it back. We will verify that it is on the optimal conditions (no damage on the fabrics, not used). It must have all the tags on.


6. After we have verified, we will get in touch with you in order to see what piece would you like in exchange.


7. We will send you the product you selected. 



Price adjustment:


If the product is cheaper, we will make the refund of the difference in your bank account, but in case it has a higher price you will need to pay the difference.

Shipping cost fee will apply on your new purchase.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Entos works with Fedex to ship orders internationally. Fedex allows us to provide an enhanced shopping experience for our U.S. customers and non-U.S. customers. When you place an international order at Entos website, your transaction will be with Fedex, but your Entos Customer Service Representative will be glad to assist you with your needs.
